Silicon Power, a manufacturer of flash memory cards, USB flash drives, DRAMS, and card readers, announced to have won the honor of National Award of Outstanding Small and Medium Enterprises among 187 candidates for competitive business advantage in financial, products, human resource management and marketing strategy.
The evaluation committee consisted of 16 members with relevant professional knowledge on financial, R&D, marketing, logistics and business management matter. After 3 evaluation stages, taking 3 months with interviewing managers and staff in each candidate, the committee honored Silicon Power, one of 12 winners from technical industry, the National Award of Outstanding Small and Medium Enterprises.
The selection criteria chosen for the various evaluation stages of the candidates were Business management, Creative strategy in R&D, business model, competitive advantage and service, Marketing Strategy, Human resource management, and Corporate social responsibility.
The committee concluded that Silicon Power invested on the product research and development, fulfilled the 24-hour product delivery and created value differentiation, which is beneficial for building brand.
