TCS Strikes 100M Deal with NXP Semiconductors |

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) an Indian based IT services, business solutions and outsourcing firm, has inked a five year contract worth an estimated 100 million dollars with NXP Semiconductors to deliver end-to-end global IT applicationsTata Consultancy Services services.
As per the agreement, TCS will provide high end consulting services as well as application management, development and support services across NXP’s supply chain operations.
The deal will be implemented through multiple centers in India, Asia and the US which are part of TCS’ Global Network Delivery Model. The centers will be supported by a High Tech Centre of Excellence based in Eindhoven.
“As well as technical support, TCS will be working with NXP on a genuinely strategic level to optimize their operations and remain one step ahead of the competition,” said N. Chandrasekaran, executive director and chief operating officer of TCS.
TCS said it will also support NXP’s entire technology infrastructure globally covering ERP and CRM applications, in addition to the company’s portal-based applications. |
